Monarch Surgical Innovations was formed in order to meet the needs of providing quality products for use in private practice, surgery centers and operating room environments. With almost 25 years as a medical sales professional, Principle/Owner, Michael Fellin, recognized that a different sales approach was needed to meet the expectations of surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, materials management and patients when choosing quality products, as well as, professional representation in todays surgical and private office environment. Michael believes, as a senior sales representative, that by focusing on the quality of products, as well as, understanding the processes within each practice, hospital system and surgical center, it will improve the delivery of care for medical professionals and most importantly, their patients.
